Descriptions
We have made every effort to show and describe products as accurately as possible, however, dimensions are approximate only. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. All products are copyright to Claire Henry.
Prices
We reserve the right to change prices or products without prior notice. Prices do not include postage and packing which is currently charged at £6.00 per parcel within the UK. All products are posted Special Delivery and will require a signature on receipt.
Ordering
All orders must be paid for in full before being delivered. "Made to Order" products require a deposit of 50% of the total cost before work is commenced and final payment before delivery. Orders are usually delivered between 3 - 5 working days after payment is received. Made to Order products take between 4 - 6 weeks, however every effort is made to meet your requirements should you need your order sooner. Payment can be made by either cash or personal cheque made payable to Claire Henry. Do not post cash. All products remain the property of Claire Henry until paid for in full.
Returns
Upon receipt of your purchase please check it carefully, items are packed with care, however, any damage caused during transit must be reported within 24 hours.
Should your order not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn and in the origional packaging. Any items returned damaged or worn will not be eligable for a refund. Ensure you return the item Special Delivery. Returned items remain your property until received at final destination. All refunds, excluding carriage, will be sent by cheque. Made to order items are unrefundable unless faulty.
